Terra Casa pionieers in the new reality

hile in Cracow the construction of attractive apartments in Piastowska Residence project goes on uninterruptedly, Terra Casa Warsaw division  has signed a loan agreement with mBank to finance the Art Deco Mokotow project at 3 Zdziechowskiego Street in Warsaw. The mBank loan will finance 70% of the project value. The remaining amount comes from the company’s own resources. It is one of the first investments started along with suspension of restrictions and return to normal business activity.  The investment completion date is scheduled for the first quarter of 2022.

Art Deco Mokotow is an attractive apartment building in the close vicinity of the biggest business district in Warsaw. The project in style of art déco tenement building has a quiet location in Zdziechowskiego Street, 400 m from Aleja Niepodległosci and within a short walking distance from two metro stations: Wierzbno and Wilanowska.  A distinguishing feature of the building is
a year-long green-roof terrace enabling all residents comfortable rest in open-air space among greenery.

Art Deco Mokotow is well designed for the new market needs. It combines a perfect location, high quality of finishing and timeless art déco style with technical solutions upgrading a living standard in the city center and safety of using the common area. The Art Deco Mokotow building, offering 88 apartments with large balconies or attached gardens, is designed in full swing. Among many distinguishing features of the building is its lobby, which includes gleaming gold-colored elevators topped by iconic art déco floor location indicators, which were used in early 20th-century high-rise buildings in Chicago. The modern technical solutions to be implemented in the project include Hands-Free system enabling comfortable entrance to the common area without keys, electric vehicle charging stations in the underground car park and smart parcel delivery lockers for remote receipt of parcel deliveries. The building’s design was prepared by Warsaw based Kazimierski and Ryba architectural firm.
